Registration Administrative Software (RAS)
In 2002, SMA Tech’s technology provider, IPC, recognised the need for a comprehensive system for organisations that operate sports leagues, camps and other activities. This began the development of the Registration Administrative Software (RAS) product. During the research phase it was discovered that there was no integrated solution for medium to large associations that would manage registration, scheduling, fee accounting, payment processing, team management and player management. There were many that handle one or more of these areas, but none that effectively manage the process from A – Z. In addition, none of these provide an ASP model that allows the user to concentrate on their core business functions.
RAS provides organisations with a multi-level management tool for operating their leagues and other activities. RAS is designed primarily for organisations that have multiple associations that have multiple leagues and need administration software collectively and independently at each level.
