Customer Support and Service
SMA Tech offers full frontline customer support for the RAS system, responding to questions regarding the application of the product and assisting customers with requests such as forgotten passwords or navigating the system’s menu functions.
Trained account specific SMA Tech staff will provide in-house training for administrators, demonstrating the system’s application to get the best results. In addition, the system has a series of self-help tools built into the software for the administrator and the registrant or customer.
Technical, customisation and/or programing requests requiring registering via e-mail are provided, with SMA Tech guaranteeing a 24-hour response time. SMA Tech’s technology provider, IPC, have a total of 14 programers available.
